Our Bereavement Program was born out of love and concern for those who have experienced the loss of a loved one. It is offered by Tennessee/Mountain Region Donor Services to families of organ and tissue donors and those who would have been donors but could not.
The 13-month program includes written material for one year, telephone support, and an annual Memorial Program.
At this time the Bereavement Program is only offered to those who were served by Tennessee/Mountain Region Donor Services.
